Fire up the grill and toss on a couple of Dietz and Watson Jalapeño Cheddar Franks.
While those franks are grilling, prepare your toppings.
Take your homemade (or store-bought - we won’t tell anyone!) guacamole and pico de gallo and place them into separate bowls. Set aside.
Chop up some fresh cilantro and set it aside into a bowl.
Put some tortilla chips in a plastic bag and seal it. Take a rolling pin to smash the tortilla chips in order to crush and crumble them. Set aside the crushed chips in a bowl.
Once the franks are ready, grab your classic hot dog bun and place the frank in the middle. Top it off with some guacamole, pico de gallo, crushed tortilla chips, fresh cilantro, and the Cilanktro Hank Sauce.
