When we were asked to make a sauce celebrating Ocean Casino Resort’s 5th birthday, the iconic boardwalk of America’s Playground was the first thing that came to mind. Ingredients: Vinegar, Red Fresno pepper mash (Red Fresno pepper, salt), pineapple, tequila, blue agave, garlic, cilantro, xanthan gum
