Hank's Chex Mix

INGREDIENTS

• 8 tablespoons of butter

• ½ cup Herb Infused (or your favorite Hank Sauce)

• 2 tablespoons Hank Rub

• 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

• 5 cups Rice Chex cereal

• 5 cups Corn Chex cereal

• 4 cups pretzels

• 2 cups plain bagel chips or pita chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350°F

2. Combine butter, Hank Sauce, Hank Rub, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan and stir until the butter is melted and ingredients are combined.

3. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour the sauce mixture over the cereal mixture and toss until evenly coated.

4. Bake for 5-7 minutes, take the baking sheet out of the oven and mix to ensure even browning. Place the baking sheet back in the oven and bake for another 5-8 minutes, or until the mixture appears dry.

5. Cool before serving and store in an airtight container once completely cooled.
